Newbie QUESTION...Tag axel vs green travel light

Hello again, let me start by saying thank you for answering all my many questions. Were leaving in the morning for our first trip in our new Allure 2008 #31619. Is it normal when raising the tag for the green travel light on the HWH to turn off. It comes right back on as soon as I low the tag back down? Still learning.... Thanks Mike/Anne Spinetti

That's the way ours works as well (06 Allure); FYI -- you shoudl also get a dash light indicator re the tag being raised.

Mike, this is certainly abnormal and could indicate anything from a wiring error to a leveling problem. I would have it attended to at the earliest possible opportunity. I am not familiar with the 08's, but in my 03 there is a light telling me if the tag is up, and it goes out when the tag comes down. If only the green travel light is involved and non of the other level indicators are on, then I would suspect a wiring error.

As I noted the green light on the HWH goes off when reaised. The TAG light comes on in the dash light group and stays on till it is lowered.I understand this to be correct. When lowered the dash TAG light turns off and the green travel light comes back on.I will check the form again this evening. We are hitting the road within the hour.
It was 108 here in vegas yesterday, heading north to start to get out of the heat....
