Anyone out there with a 2005 Inspire who has disabled the TV ignition safety switch?

Yup.

Open the left side storage cabinet next to the TV. Take out the screws holding the wood panel on right side. Remove the panel - it may be necessary to remove more than one of these panels to avoid damage to the wood. You will find a 120v box that the TV is plugged into and this contains a relay that cuts off the power to the TV when the ignition key is on. There is a 12V wire going into the same box from the interlock circuit, cut it and cap the end removed from the circuit - not the one going to the box. This will deactivate the ignition interlock and protect the line when 12V is present.
Be aware it is illegal to run the TV where the driver can see it in some areas. It is my understanding this is usually only enforced on top of some other illegal behavior.

There is a fuse in the left front compartment ahead of the wheel that is labled for the 12 volt relay.
