Does anyone have the powered window awnings that Girard makes? I'm thinking of having four window awnings installed. I'd like some feedback on the reliability.

I had all Girard window awnings put on after putting up with the others for 2 years. They are great! Also put the slide out awnings and the large patio awning put on. Went to the factory in San Clemente. They have hook ups for you and you can explore the area while Andre installs them.

Also had mine done at the factory in San Clemente by Andre. Very satisfied with the workmanship of the installation and the reliability of the units.
On mine the window awning and topper awning on the drivers side were one in the same (Carefree). The window awning on the passenger side (bedroom) was by itself. I have not had the large awning (A&N) or topper awning (Carefree) replaced as of yet.

I think I'll call Andre and setup an appointment. I live in Tucson, so its only about 8 hours to their shop.
