Good Call George. I know Herb, the Moderator, has conducted sessions at CCI Rallies on Message Forum Protocol & Procedures. But it (personal messaging, etc.) continues. I moderate 2 forums & belong to 5 and the issues are universal.
Anybody on this Forum plan on being personally at the CC auction in JC on Feb. 4th. It would be an interesting occurrence. I need to e-mail (personally) John Davis from LaPine, Or. to see how long he is going to be in the Palm Springs area. A fact that was published on our NWCCer Jan. Newsletter. Anybody wanting an digital copy of our newsletter, just personally send me a message.

Hi Lee, I looked at the pictures of the items (or some of them) that will be up for auction next month and wondered what some of the items would sell for. I have no spare money so will not be there, but think of the possibilities.
The finished coaches (I know most are Verandas) will likely sell for 10 to 15 cents on the dollar to dealers who can move them for a quick profit. Together they may fetch one million. The only person who may bid for the drawings and other technical information is probably Bob Lee to supplement his Oregon Coach operation.
The two large trucks are probably in good condition, but who would want them in the present economy? Which leads to the obvious question, what do they do with the stuff that nobody wants? I guess someone will clear the left overs for five cents on the dollar.
It is still unclear to me as to who owns some of the real estate under the improvements. There is a picture of the Dyno shop but surely that doesn't include the dirt it is built on.
All very sad. Of course there could still be a last minute deal that WFB would accept and the auction would be aborted.

At least after the beginning of February we will not have to guess or speculate anymore.

Building #14 (Dyno Center) belongs to Lee Joint Ventures and if the judge approves the latest round of negotiations at the hearing on the 26th the contents of that building will also belong to LJV. Below is a portion of the contents of Exibit A presented to the Bankruptcy court which includes the Dyno, Alignment equipment, brake tester & scales. At one time National RV owned all of the former Monaco buildings (building #10, lamination etc...) on the east side of the drive back to the fiberglass and chassis plants but I had also heard later that LJV had obtained those buildings as well but can't confirm that.
