MY Ammana has the same lock that ia used on the sliding closet doors, installed by CC, they are attached to the bottom, camping world carries them, works great.
For the inverter issue, I had to replace my xantrex, psw, went with Magnum 2812, do your shopping, magnum is a dealer only sale, but if you shop you can find better prices, found mine at imarine, saved $$$$, plus free shipping, and it was new, not rebuilt.
