Rob, we have always had Furnace in all 3 zones. Just used them a week ago before it quit. The DuoTherm is a 5 button model as well.

Does this procedure work for both the 4 button and the 5 button thermostats? Jim Biestek

Just a quick thank you to everyone and especially Kevin for the phone call.
We replaced every single phone connector in all 3 roof airs, re checked the "dips" and one was questionable. We now have all zones working properly after resetiing the thermostat.
Thanks all again and Happy New Years. Be safe and well.

Hi Jim,

I do not know if it will work with 4 button thermostats.

Jim, go to the files section and open file "Dometic AC Trouble Shooting guide", then open the link, on page 105 of the guide it explains how to reset the four button t-stat.
