Adjusting the door helped but doesn't get rid of the wind whistling around the arm of the Zip Dee patio awning of our '98 Allure. What did solve the problem completely (and I think I got the idea here some years ago) was to buy one of those cheap pool noodles at WalMart, trim it slightly flat on two opposing sides, and slide it into the gap between the awning arm and the coach body. The lip of the door keeps it in place.
