Draining batteries and disconnect switches on Allu...

I also have that same problem of battery draining with my 2000 Intrique----I would love to know what is going on. Is the factory aware of this problem? Seems its a common problem. I also thought it was just my coach.

Instead of buying new batteries we put on solar panels and they took care of the battery drain. We store our coach for 2 months at a time without any hook ups and the panels keep our batteries up at 12.75 all the time. Never had a battery problem. in 2 CCs and one Safari.

Are you in cold climate?? Also as far as reprogramming for gel batteries---not aware of this fact....so obviously not done......can you advise me on this?

Paul,

You need to call CCI to find out what you need to do. All I know is that gel batteries need a different level of voltage when charging. They do not charge at the same rate as the batteries that come with the coach. There are also a few other things that need to be done to make them work properly.
