Dash Vent Blower Motor

Rich,

In that run box where you are looking is a series of relays. There is a relay there for your dash HVAC system. I cannot help you much to locate the relay, as we are snowed in. One of those relays has Circuit 83. I think you have a loose or bad connector on that relay. It's possible the relay is bad....but that relay sends current up to that second breaker you found in the dash. Once you locate that relay your troubleshooting should be a little easier. While you are in that run box, take a nut driver and tighten all those 3/8 nuts that are on those buss bars. I think you will be amazed as to how loose some of them have become.

Fred, oh you mean the #83 relay on the run panel? That I found. It is fine. I thought he meant a separate ignition fuse box. I am stumped. I will leave it to Chris Snyder on Monday.
