echo charger location

My first problem: low chassis batteries will not start the coach. I attempted to use the battery boost switch but no joy on the first attempt. on the second attempt, the boost switch did not raise the amperage to the chassis batteries. I am thinking the first attempt might have blown the fuse between the echo charger and the chassis batteries to which my owners manual refers.
My second problem: I cannot find the echo charger. I need to know what it looks like and where it might be located. I have looked in the compartment where the batteries are located, but I do not see anything there other than something called a main battery fuse.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.
