Sad News For All

The service manager for Shorewood RV, Terry Morical is no longer with this dealership as of today. Terry was a good friend to all of us and very helpful with our RV service issues. I know you all who knew him will miss his presence at Shorewood both in the service department and at the rallys. I consider Terry a friend with extensive knowledge, customer service skills and the charisma to keep us all happily going down the road. I certainly hope that a dealership out there will recognize his abilities and capabilities and scoop him up in a heartbeat. Dont know what happened but it has to be a significant loss for Shorewood. Let me know, not IF he turns up but, when he turns up at a dealership somewhere.

I had the pleasure of working with Terry for a couple of years, he is the exception and is a great service manager.
