Danfoss fan controller - need help

Yahoo Message Number: 4366
I have a 1996 Intrigue with the 8.3 cummins which is running too cool - about 160 to 165 degrees as checked with a sensor gun. I replaced the thermostate which turned out to be OK but noticed when I was under the coach that there may be a disconnected wire running to the Danfoss controller located on the Hydraulic resevoir. My unit has two wires in the harness leading to the controller - but only one is connected. CC can't seem to come up with an answer - if both should be connected or if the other wire is just a spare? There is no apparent place on the controller that I can see for the other wire to connect. The Cummings shop draws a blank as well. I'm assuming the fan has defaulted to high speed which may be the cause of my colling problem.

Hopefully someone on the board has an older unit like mine and can look at their unit and tell me if the connection is one or two wires and where the 2nd wire connects. (The one is soldered to the base of the unit.) The manuals have been of no help.
Thanks for any help.

A number of people have discussed the fan controller several times.
I do not know if everyone has read the information that Country Coach had published concerning bad fan controllers. I uploaded a copy to the files section.
