Headliner Material

Anyone know the source for the leatherette headliner material used on an '05 Allure. It's an off white color and seems to be glued to very thin plywood which has a thin foam on it. Also would like to know how the thin seam covers are secured.
We had a water leak around the bath skylight that we didn't know about. There's a lesson here, check that caulking regularly and look very closely!
