grey water leak?

ok, I didn't think this was possible but it really seems like our grey water tank is filling up fast when we are connected to city water. the fresh water fill switch is turned off. fresh water tank is full. I empty the grey water tank and in 2 days it's full. before we hooked up to city water it took a week to fill the grey water tank. is there a valve somewhere that could be leaking the city water over to grey tank???
