Yes there is. Do not remember the name, will have to call my buddy and that will have to be later today, if no one comes up with the name first. My buddy told me about them after having the same done.

We were in the Eugene/Junction City area last week and I picked up a card from:

The card shows - Blinds, Day/Night Shades - Sales, Service & Repairs
If he can't help you, you might check with Millie Potter - Millie's Draperies 541 689-0066. She might be able to help you also.
If you aren't able to get them fixed in Oregon, I have the name of a lady who does shade sales and repairs in the Phoenix area just in case you might be going that way!

Not in that area, but if your headed down the Oregon Coast, There is a place in Coos Bay, Perkey,s Interiors, Dale Powers 541 269-1666 he did 4 of mine and then told me of a place in Bandon Oregon that cleans them, so I had all mine done, Great job and reasonable
