half the AC (right side) is not working

Yahoo Message Number: 64711
Hi, I'm new to the group and looking for any advise on why the AC on the right side of the coach (Lexa) has decided to stop working. Tried resetting the GFI outlet but doesn't seem to even be power there to do that. So left side has electricity but the right (passenger side does not).

All thoughts are appreciated.

Check the breakers at the source, on side will trip, reset both sides, check the breakers in the coach, same goes there, check the breaker on your inverter(s). After that it gets more complicated. Are your sure the "whole half" of your coach is with out power? Do you have power when on the generator? Good luck

Had the same problem on our 07 Allure. I used a "Circuit Alert" Non-Contact Voltage Probe to find the "open". CC had used some Molex(sp) connections and one had lost contact.
Ours was under one of the drawers beneath the fridge. I shut off the breaker, removed the Molex connector and re-did the connections with wire nuts.

May not be up to code but it works good.

Thanks Joe for the reply. Same problem with generator power. No power on right side for outlets, tv, microwave. Refrigerator is working, stove, and left side lights and outlets.

Using your multimeter I would check for power at the coach side of auto switch on both hot lines. If that is bad I would look for a bad switch or a loose connection on the switch power out. Next I would check both lines as they enter the breaker box. There has to be an open somewhere.

Good luck.
