Is it feasible to travel in the Midwest (Chicago area ) during the holidays in an 05-06-07 Inspire with forced air heat? Has anyone done this without freezing problems.
Being from the southwest we have not traveled in winter in the north.
Is the Inspire water system good for say 15-20 degrees F. if the coach is plugged in and heated.
We would be there about a week.

The question is- barring any unusual cold weather will the coach handle it? Any experiences would help.
Thanks in advance.

We spent 5 days in Oklahoma City with ice and snow at 15 degrees. No problems at all. Of course we unhooked the water hose and used the fresh water tank. Warm and toasty inside. We have Hydro Hot.

I have travelled in our '05 Inspire in temperatures as low as -11C which is about 12F.
There were no problems with freezing. Both furnaces were on, of course.
I was most concerned about the outside shower but it was fine.
