I did a search for SV360 tracstar and found a manual that might help. I don't know how to send it to you. Email me directly and I'll send it as attachment. Couple of things we'd need to know: what satellite model do you have? Do you have HD on Dish? Tracstar is located in Orlando FL. They should be able to assist.

Not sure what software version you have but I changed mine a couple of yrs ago to Dish. I had to update the software.. If you call TracStar @ 407-650-9054 Jim will walk you thro the process, if you need the update then they will send you the program that you can install in the dish., not too hard to do, just getting to the box that is in the cabinet was the hardest part....

I converted my SV360 about a year ago. Marvin described the process exactly as I did it. However, I found if you want to use two HD receivers the TracStar guys will have to walk you through a modification to the controller circuit board. This will make one receiver a slave and one a master. If not, using the receivers simultaneously will lockup the dish. The Trackstar guys also recommended not using a Dish DVR. I am currently using two receivers model 211k. To record, I use TIVO which is not near as handy as a Dish DVR. Good luck.
