Need help with Link 2000 problem

Hi all and Merry Christmas too! We have 2 Link 2000 remotes and 2 Xantrex 458 inverter/chargers. Yesterday the left one froze up and will not turn the inverter on or change to any functions or readings. It is on charge and that cannot be changed either. The right one is flashing "lobat" and I can't seem to get that to stop either. If anyone has experience with this type of setup I would appreciate your input.
