Problem with Winegard

Have model MV-0500. There is current to it but will not move. I'm in Punta Gorda Fl will call Winegard for help but thought I could do something. I had the dome off there was moisture in the bottom I dried up the moisture and sprayed the connections with elec. spray. I have dishnetwork and have contacted them and they say it is my antenna. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
