Oil leak from kitchen?

I just discovered oil leaking on my floor that comes from the passenger side slide under the kitchen drawers and around the area of the heat radiator and blower motor. It is dark brown in color and more or less odorless.

Is the radiator system heated oil or water?
If not from the radiator then I don't have a clue. While it could be coming from somewhere else it appears to come from the bottom of the heat box and nowhere else.

If the slides are hydraulically operated that may be a leaking hydraulic system - not good!

I had water coming out from under my refrigerator and it was a broken connection on my kitchen sink drain.

Check your Aqua Hot heat exchanger - sounds like the unit has failed and you are leaking glycol under the cabinet and into the kitchen area. I have replaced two of them.

The color could be misleading. It may be colored from something that is rusting. You may be seeing the rust instead of the color of the actual fluid.
Most fluids have a distinct odor. I would suggest that you compare the odor by sniffing the dipstick on you hydraulic reservoir, and the fill cap on your coolant tank.
If there is no comparable odor, I would suggest some kind of a water leak colored with rust or some other substance that the water is picking up after it escapes.

The liquid is probably HydroHot antifreeze, overtime it changes to a dark color. I'd check the hose connections for a leak.

Thanks everyone for the help. Yes indeed it was the heat exchanger leaking dirty looking glycol. I have removed the hoses, capped the fittings and had a new short hose made. (Hydraulic hose with copper pipe) size 8. I screwed this to the existing hoses. No more leaking and the rest of the system still works with this bypass in. I will get the exchanger fixed or replaces when I can.

The heat unit might be from red top instead of hydro hot.
I had the radiator fixed at a local radiator shop for a few bucks but then 1 month later the motor blew.
I had a special adapter made for the hoses so I could run the system with the defective radiator out of the coach. I had to go to a hose shop and have it made as the hoses and fittings are for automotive AC. I didn't have these but the techs did, some kind of clamps that would pinch the hoses shut but not damage them otherwise it is a mess getting the radiator out.
