Backup camera stopped working - Pioneer AVH-P6400CD

Lost backup camera video. Does anyone know how to reset the backup camera so that it works? Can't figure out how to access the set up menu either. Our remote has never worked. I read a post somewhere that explained how to do it, but can't find it now.

Good luck

Using the remote on which the A.Menu key acts as the Select key

Extend the screen with the system turned off

Press the A.Menu key to bring up the configuration menu

Select:

Initial Settings
Rear Speaker

Press right arrow to set S.W. Control to External

Turn stereo on by press and hold Source on the head unit

Back to remote control press A.Menu

Select:
Audio

Non-fading

Press the right arrow to change level to +6

Press the back button until to screen shows the main menu

Select Setup

Select Video Settings

Press the right arrow to change the Video Source to Backup camera Press the back button on the remote to exit programming menu.

You are done.

Did reset, didn't help. Found on another forum post that wires under dash could come apart. Checked this morning and sure enough, plugged wires back in and now it's working. Better than having to replace backup camera!
