Hi Everyone:

I wanted to let you know that I used the new "pay for knowledge" technical support recently with success.
It works just as well as it ever did the difference is you give your tech your credit card number when you finish your call.
I thought the cost was reasonable and fair. The rate is $25. for the first 15 minutes and $8.00 for each additional 5 minutes.
I am guessing that there won't be the calls asking the number for the oil filter or the location of the wiper switch with the new system. LOL Tom Dunlap
