Cummins Air Pump Recall End June 2011

Cummins recall on air compressor will end June 2011. They cost $1085 plus labor. Call Cummins with your engine ser # to see if you are on the list. I found out by luck.
There may be more information on their web site too. Our Coach has the ISL 370 and built in 2001.
They also have to check the Hydraulic pump for the power steering as they both drive off of the same gear.
There are two models air pumps and the only way to make sure is to pull your pump. Our dealer had the correct model. They count teeth on the gear to make sure they get the correct one.
