I have a 2003 Magna. Just got back from the desert, stored the unit and when I went out to check the unit and found that its was leaning about 6 inches on the passengers side. Would that be a leak in the air bag or is it a control valve. It came up to height when I started it.
Your thoughts please.
Vic

When I had a leaking air bag it would not come up to ride height.
I would guess your leak is elsewhere.

Hi Vic,

We just went through the same thing in January. In our case we thought it was the valve but it turned out to be the air spring (bag). We had three symptoms. It either did not leak, would leak very slowly or would leak rapidly. It did keep ride height when the engine was on. The tear in the spring was on the inside. The only way we were able to determine the problem was to get under the coach when it was leaking. Because the leak was on the inside of the bag you could feel the air, but could not find the hole.
Unfortunately, the air spring number can only be determined with the spring off the coach.

Vic, 2003 and you just now have a lean...you are one lucky guy. Probably a small leak inside that ride height valve. Normal, don't worry about

Hi Leaning and welcome! A friend came over the other day in Yuma and we looked at a CC Magna around 02/03 and compaired it to our 99 Allure single slide. Better upgrades then our Allure fine coach! My friend stated careful on Magna's as they have a lower coach build form CC. Yourself and other CC Owners should check NHTSA website and enter you Coach model and year and find out any Issues! We all have coach issues but wish I had this info, when buying our 99 Allure. Im happy with is as you will be with your Magna but homework is in order for you. BTW a fellow group member posted the link a while back and a big Thanks! But just google it like I did. Enjoy your Rig. Very happy with our simple Allure. Several older CC's in Yuma on the lots are in the low 100k's Ken 99 Allure 30356
