My cell phone is down

Hello everyone once again my cell phone is down I have had enough of Sprint and am moving back to ATT like I had before with no problems. Does anyone use the cell phone system provided by Wal Mart -------only 20 dollars per month and an initial 100 dollars for the WIFi card to use anywhere
