I'm going to bet you don't have the round plug. As I understand it, CC didn't start putting the round plug in the front of the coach until the early 2000's. My 2000 Magna does not have the round plug. As mentioned previously, you can tap into the rectangular plug to pick up the data signals the Silverleaf box requires.
The rectangular plug is from the transmission but it has the data lines. I had to tap into that connector with a 98 Winegago I had but got lucky on this coach as a previous owner had already tapped into the connector and left the wiring in place. I just had to hook my box to that connector.
I saw, and may have if I can only find it, a publication that Silverleaf put out that showed how to connect to the transmission plug. You have to splice into the wires because the Alison plug is proprietary and not available.
