Greetings

I see several folks ordered CC Apparel from the website provided last week. Did anyone get a confirmation back for shipping? I ordered last thursday and got a confirmation e-mail for the order, but no followup for shipping or charge to my CC.
Also, no answer from the site to e-mail inquiries.

I placed an order, got the confirmation but didn't get shipping info. However, they responded to my email and shipped the same day. Apparently a two woman show who are now getting slammed with orders. No wonder at the prices.

I too ordered clothing. Since this company (aka TNT) has done business with Country Coach International over the years I asked Jane Jordan in the CCI Virtual Office to find out what's happening. The email from Jane supports what George said earlier.

Jane told me, she . . . "Just talked to Kim at TNT. They are a small company with a handful of employees and have been very busy. She said with on-line orders, they do not generate automatic confirmations like larger companies but they will gladly address any concerns anyone might have.
If there is a concern, the best bet would be to give them a call at 541-338-9357. Kim, Dan and the rest of the gang there are super efficient and I have never had a problem with them or their services. The Club orders our name badges from them too and we have always been pleased with the service."

Considering the position CCI put them in, it might not be a bad idea to give them a plug in the next issue of the newsletter. I have already suggested same to our folks at the Nor'Easters.
