I've done a search on this (and several other) Groups looking for reviews of Pressure Sensor Systems. The requirements I'm looking at are for a system that I can:
Use a "Flow Through" Sensor on the inside duals (don't like valve extenders or long stems) and "Cap" sensors on the rest of the tires including the toad.
I've found only 2 companies that have flow through, TireSafeGuard and TireStat, TireSafeGuard has both the "Flow Through" and the "Cap" while TireStat has only the "Flow Through". Based on that I'd like to go with TireSafeGuard. I've found very little in the way of positive reviews on that system.
Anyone have the TireSafeGuard system or any other systems out there that I should look at.

Tire-safeguard has a web site, tiresafeguard.com which has a section on testimonials. Unfortunately, none seem to be recent. Based on the information on the site this system seems to have the most options for sensors including interior band mounted sensors, interior flow through valve mounted and exterior valve stem mounted. Their displays apparently are offered in hard wired and portable battery powered. The sensors function 24/7 but apparently go into an intermittent mode when stationary to conserve the batteries - thus overcoming both Pressure-Pro and SmartTire design deficiencies. The problem seems to be combining the installation with your point of purchase for new tires. Dickson tire, for example, doesn't even mention this system as an option. I'd guess one has to purchase the system and bring the components along when purchasing and/or installing new tires and even then you'd probably have to install the display yourself. That doesn't appear to be too difficult and their web sit has a contact point so presumably they can offer advice in this regard.

I puchased The tiresafeguard system from Bob Dickman Tire Center in Juction City (5419983319) back in November 2010. This was wwith the purchase of new tires.
This is a beter system than the old first generation Smart tire. I am well pleased with the system.
