Oregon Motor Coach saves the day

During a scheduled visit to RV Glass in Eugene, serious dry rot was discovered in our new-to-us 2006 Country Coach Intrigue. We were so sick about it, but the people at RV Glass were extremely helpful to us. They pointed us in the direction of Oregon Motor Coach, so we took our coach there to see what they could do for us. It turned out to be the smartest choice we could have made. The repairs needed are extensive (see photo album "Oregon Motor Coach Saves the Day"). There is dry rot and black mold throughout the big driver's side slide, the toll window frame was rotted out, and the entry door frame was completely rusted as was the first step inside the coach. They ended up having to completely remove the slide and basically rebuild it. After spending a few days with them (50 amp service on their lot is a plus!), we left our coach there for the extensive slide repair and a multitude of other little repairs that our poor coach suffering severly from lot rot could need! The scary thing is that we would not have known about the extreme dry rot, lived in the nasty black mold-infested air, and not figured it out until someone leaned on a wall and it gave way.
Prior to learning of OMC, we felt that the only place to get repairs done would have to be the factory, but we have since discovered the efficient and professional folks at OMC. They have provided us with pictures every step of the way, have been extremely patient and helpful, and are doing a beautiful job on our coach.
I will post more pictures as repairs are finished but wanted to give OMC a big pat on the back for their customer relations, service, and quality repairs.

Looks like they are taking care of things for you. I just wonder how a five year old coach can have that much damage? Even if just left alone outside, the things you describe here are really disturbing.
I hope your travels will be trouble free once OMC finishes the repairs.
