Trace Battery Status Monitor TM500A

I have this monitor installed when I had solar panels installed. It has suddenly become intermittent and it appears to be the shunt circuit connector, it is a similar to a telephone jack but I understand it has different type connections. I am trying to locate a source for a new shunt with the metering circuit included. I've been unable to find this and there is no reference to it on Xantrex site. I've put a call in to Xantrex but haven't received a call back yet. I was hoping to find a new shunt as that will be a lot less costly than purchasing a replacement new meter and shunt, the TM500A is no longer available.

Thanks for any info that anyone can offer.
