Replacing your TV with larger LED TV

With the skill of a good friend,

We have successfully mounted a 37 inch LED . Panasonic TV in our 2005 Inspire ( Absolutely Fantastic )
Strapping the back support to mount to absolutely stop any movement. This also prevents the outside cabinets from any movement.
Mounting 3/4 inch ply wood at a depth equal to the amount the mount would displace to have the TV flat against the outside of the cabinet.
We put 3/4 by1 inch foam with sticky on one side to adhere to the frame. This allowed us to press the TV against the cabinet to insure we would have no rattles.

Lift the TV into place and pull down into slide mount.
***** Go to Home Depot and get Earth Quack Velcro Mount with coupler to tighten the TV against the cabinet. Now you can strap down the TV tight against the TV Cabinet on the top and both sides, and tighten using the tightener.

Our TV will not move, it is very secure.
I hope this may help anyone wishing to find a way to install one of the newer LED TV's
