Winterizing with hydrohot

My question is I have 2006 Allure with the hydrohot, there is a valve that says water heater bypass but I don't have a water heater. So when winterizing with rv antifreeze which way should this valve be set to bypass or not?? Thanks, Chris

Do not use the bypass! I did it 2 years ago and froze up the Hydrohot. Very expensive.

Thanks for the reply Larry. To late already did it both ways, so now what do I do? I seem to have antifreeze at all faucets hot and cold. Why wouldn't they warn you of this problem?? There is nothing in the manuals that I have telling you what to do. The stickers in the compartment tell you to turn the valve to bypass. I'm lost!

Chris,

Open each hot water valve until you see anti-freeze. If you don't see it, leave it off bypass and redraw anti-freeze until it comes out of each faucet.
