Recently had an issue with our Norcold 1200 that quit working. Fortunately or unfortunately it was at 515 pm on the east coast who do you call. Kevin Waite in Oregon (541-953-6162) of course, three hours earlier. Turns out it was the Norcold recall kit screwing things up and Kevin walked me thru a temp fix and thus saved the day; and the food!
By the way he also called back the following day, a Saturday to be sure it was still, a working, a class act!
