Are you going to list your gripes or what? Some of us have been very pleased with their work and would like to hear why you weren't. Some people can't be pleased.

Wow, what an antagonistic reply! We have been to Davis Cabinets three times. The first two were very positive experiences. The third time, Shawn was not there, his father was filling in for him. Not pleasant. Shawn's father basically called me a liar. I will never go back there again if there is any possibility Shawn's father is there.

Wow... bad day at Slate Rock & Gravel company, Fred?
Paul's comment was appropriate and appreciated. Wasn't slamming anybody, simply providing an experience.

Paul,

I'm seeing a complaint regarding Premier AND Davis cabinets but nothing specific about Premier. Why drag their name thru the mud if your gripe is with Davis? Our experiences with Premier have all been quite positive.

My understanding is that Pauls' complaint is about both. The very first sentence is, "If you are going to make a purchase from premier rv service and or any renovations by Davis cabinets"

If one is truly interested in knowing the details, contact Paul offline as he requested. Just as I would contact you, if you had a good experience. Only then would I make my judgment.

I for one appreciate knowing the good and the bad. And just because someone tells me they have a good and/or bad experience is not enough for me. Details are important offline or online. It doesn't matter to me, as long as I get the details.

We bought our 2006 Intrigue from Premier RV Services in Junction City this past November. We spent 10 days there mainly having numerous minor changes made and items corrected or adjusted. We couldn't have had a better experience dealing with Louie and Gary. They were extremely cooperative and helpful in dealing with the problems and answering questions, etc. The fully loaded Intrigue is very complicated compared to our 2000 Allure and they were very patient and thorough with their help. We drove all the way from an RV Show in Winston-Salem, NC to Junction City to buy the coach and felt the round trip was worth it because of the overall buying experience. I have met a lot of techs in our nearly 13 years of full-timing and none of them were any better than the one they assigned to us (Bryan if I remember his name correctly).
In addition to really taking care of their customer (us), they have about 15 very nice Country Coaches on consignment. We spent two days looking at their inventory before making a final decision. We enjoyed going through the various coaches to compare the standard and extra features on the different models. That helped Martha and I to decide on which one we wanted to purchase. (We also saw a number of CC that they were making cosmetic changes to including some unique tile changes, cabinets, etc.)
In summary we drove all the way across country from a FMCA rally in Winston-Salem, NC to Junction City, OR to buy the coach. We think the round trip and expense was well worth it because of the overall buying experience.
