Horn Help

I'm looking for advice on an air horn issue. All functions of the Smart Wheel except the air horn are working fine but no power to the air horn relay when the horn area is depressed.
I don't have the wiring diagrams with us so it may be a little difficult to trace the wiring when I dive under the dash...assuming that's next. Any sage advice for tracking/tracing will be appreciated,
