Over The Door Awning Problem

I cannot find documentation on the Over The Door Awning. It will not come in. I have checked the fuse for the awnings and the main patio awning is fine. Does anyone know who the manufacture is? Do not see a manual override either.

Doug - I had the very same problem - mine is a Carefree, and they were not at all helpful to me about covering the faulty motor after I spent $300 with two different RV places diagnosing what the retraction problem was......
