Refuses to go to ride-height without a "work-around"

Hello Country Coach Experts:

Here is my question: why is our coach not achieving ride height before backing out of our storage site?
Here is the situation: the last three times we have started up the coach after having it in storage for at least a month, the front of the coach has been very, very low. We let it idle until the air is up and it pops but it still will not go into ride-height. The coach is still too low to drive out of the storage facility into the street because of the drainage dip we have to go over.
Our "work-around" (after some experimentation) has been to slowly drive around the storage facility and then park on a level spot and level as if we were parking in a campsite. it rises correctly and then when we put it in ride-height it stays up correctly and we can get on the road.

Any ideas about what is going on here?

Shirley, When you first start coach in storage and Front End is Low, do you see on your dash panel a Red Warning Light saying "FRONT" this indicates your FRONT air bags are not filling full of air and coach should not or won't go into "Travel Mode"??

Also could be you have a "leaky" front "Ride Height Valve"

On my much older rig, I do not have the option to "put the rig into travel mode". That status occurs only when I shift the transmission into the forward gear and then occurs automatically.

Are you able to inflate the front leveling system manually?
If so, it could be your front ride height leveling valve needs attention.
