Lonnie, I highly recommend Premier Motor Coach Services Inc in Tucson. They have a first class shop and Techs. Eric Olstrom VP and owner is former CC Employee and knows his stuff. 520-624-2024.
Also try Chris Snyder @ 520-665-1014 not sure if he lives in Tucson or Phoenix.

Thanks, Mike 03 Allure 1st Ave. #30898

Lonnie,

Absolutely go see Premier Motor Coach Services Inc in Tucson. I just had them do some work on my Affinity and Eric and crew are really top notch.
It's a four hour drive for me, and Eric opened the shop on a Saturday so I could pick up my coach. He was there hand washing my coach when I arrived.

Luck,
Bob

Is there anything I can check to find out why, when I have my heat on electric, the front of the coach never seems to blow warm air, always remains cool even tho thermostat is set to say 68 or 70 --- the rear of coach is fine.... does this indicate a blocked vent or something? I have allowed plenty of time for it to warm up but it never does.... thank you all

Re: [Country-Coach-Owners] question re: elec heatHi Jan,
We've had the problem you're asking about. What we found out is that there are two furnaces, and it ended up for us being no voltage getting to the gas valve to open it up in the furnace. Our RV repair guy in Owatonna, MN, repaired it. The busiess is called RV Services of Owatonna, MN, and it's our place for help for the "house" stuff. Phone number if you're interested in calling and asking about what he did for our furnace is 507-451-4479. Jeff is his name and his wife who answers the phone and runs the office is Julie.

Hope this helps.

Re: [Country-Coach-Owners] question re: elec heatJan,
Whoops! Just reread your email more carefully and saw that very clearly you said electric! I'm sorry because I was talking about our propane furnace.
Sorry. We have only used the electric furnace a few times because we have along a small electric heater which we use or we use the propane furnaces. Sorry, Jan.

Mary, no need whatsoever to apologize!!! I appreciate your trying to help me, thank you Mary.
Looks like your coach and mine were built fairly close to one another - probably cousins....

I am sitting at Premier in Tucson having inverter work done right now. I have known Eric for many years and it is great to see CC folks doing well after the industry problems. He has a great CCFI club discount.

I agree with all Jerry O says here. Eric's shop is one of the best for Country Coach owners. Eric's team worked on our Intrigue earlier this month when we were in town for the Country Coach International Rally. In fact a number of our rally attendees used Eric's Premier Motorcoach for service while in Tucson for the event. And CCI also gives a great CCI Club discount.
