Problem with Panasonic In-Dash Monitor

Hi All,

I have a Panasonic in-dash monitor (CQ-VA707WEUC) in my 2002 Allure. All of the audio components connected work as do the controls. Just before leaving from a recent trip, I got the usual 3 beeps when you press the extend/retract button, but nothing else happens. The monitor does not flip out and thus, I cannot view the backup camera or anything else on the monitor. I have not been able to find anything online that helps. I called Panasonic and they referred me to a business in Atlanta who I called and offered no assistance, but thought they could repair it for $300 if I brought it in.
Has anyone had this problem and found a solution. I would really appreciate any help you could offer. Thanks.
