98 Intrigue 40' w/slide Short Sale

We are unfortunately going through a divorce and have a 1998 Country Coach Intrigue Grandview w/slide close to being repossessed by the finance company. Yesterday the finance company indicated they would consider a "Short" sale on the unit for a reasonable offer.
This could be a real steal for anyone interested in a 40' CC Intrigue with all the normal CC standards plus Satellite TV. The amount owed is $44 thousand but Citizens Bank has indicated they will accept a reasonable short sale offer on the unit.
Should you know anyone that may be interested please have them contact us at kzrvstuff@... for particulars and photos.
Citizens said they will consider offers made prior to May 16th. We will post a couple photos today.

I am always skeptical about posts like this ! No Name etc. If you google kzrvstuff you get an interesting response. I wonder if Joey is a salesman at an RV place. Rarely would a bank give you 5 days to complete a "short sale "

Ron, sorry about the lack of information on the post please understand it is only because I am individual owner going though tuff times and my mind is like a seive right now. If you review this boards history you will see that I have been posting to this board for more than 12 years and yes I always give the signature information but like an idiot this time I didn't.
I understand your concerns because I had a brain freeze but it is a legitmate listing and could be a real deal for someone. I would prefer someone looking for such a deal get it rather than the bank.
The bank may accept much more time but they only agreed to consider short sale on Friday and said they would accept offers through the 16th but if they accept an offer they would certainly allow time for the sale to complete and may even extend the time for offers but this is their current position.
The kzrvstuff email is one I opened over 15 years ago when we were considering starting a business selling RV accessories. It actually never came to fruition but we continued to use it as our email address.
