Re-post '98 Intrigue Short Sale with Signature Block

I originally posted this and due to my current emotional state I left off the signature block and, appropriately, there is some skeptism about the authenticity of the post. It is legitimate and I have included the signature information below. A review of my history on htis board will indicate I have been posting for more than 12 years and have helped many fellow CC owners with problems.
We are unfortunately going through a divorce and have a 1998 Country Coach Intrigue Grandview w/slide close to being repossessed by the finance company. Yesterday the finance company indicated they would consider a "Short" sale on the unit for a reasonable offer.
This could be a real steal for anyone interested in a 40' CC Intrigue with all the normal CC standards plus Satellite TV. The amount owed is $44 thousand but Citizens Bank has indicated they will accept a reasonable short sale offer on the unit.

Citizens said they will consider offers made through to May 16th and may extend the time period. We have posted a few photos under '98 Intrigue Short Sale this morning.
