Xantrex RS 300 Automatic Inverter/charger for sale

Yahoo Message Number: 79225
I have a Xantrex RS300 available for sale. I believe it was reconditioned by Xantrex. Country Coach loaned it to me just before they closed their doors in bankruptcy. I used it for just a few weeks before my new replacement came in. It worked great without any problems. I'll sell it "as is" for a reasonable offer.
Send me an eMail directly to dent@... if you are interested.

Fred,

Why don't you just give it back to its rightful owner, Country Coach?

Giving it back to CC sounds like the right thing to do.

Why give it to a company that didn't exist back then? Either keep for a spare or sell it.

The old CC still owes me 2000$, from the sale incentive program. They also owe me money, for warranty costs, they did not honor. Realistically, then , you should send it to me !! The current company paid for the intellectual property, and not for the hard assets that were auctioned off by the Trustee. So , if you aren't going to send it to me N/C, then I suggest you sell it and , have a great day !

As the original Country Coach is no longer in business, the inverter would have been an asset of the trustee sale "at the most".
The correct thing to do is to call the BK trustee... BUT I bet their office would NOT even call you back as their books are closed and the value is not worth the hassle to them.

IMHO "Possession is nine-tenths of the law!" applies in this case.

and you can do with it.. what you want.
