Norcold 1200 AC Problem

When our Norcold 1200 refrigerator is set on automatic (AU-AC) and we are on 50 amp shore power it does not stay as set, but will switch to AU-LP even with full AC power available. However, when the generator is started it will switch back to AU-AC. Has anybody experienced this situation and is there a fuse or other fix for this problem? Thank you in advance -
