Would You Critique My Ad for my CC?

Yahoo Message Number: 79255
We have decided to put our '05 34' Allure up for sale and focus on our OHV activities. Probably will be going with a toyhauler to cart the Polaris RZR-S around the desert.
I have been working on a website to promote the coach which I would like to share with you owners and see if you think there is anything else I might add or things I might change to make it more effective. I have not placed any ads in trader or RVT or elsewhere yet, just trying to creat a place to send potential buyers.
And I hope no one thinks this is a backhanded . You all already have Country Coachs so I feel like this is a great place to find mentors, not customers. But tell me if you feel otherwise. In no way do I want to offend.

Nice looking add, nice looking rig.

If I missed these, sorry, but will ask:

-Tow Bar go with it?

-Is their a dash mounted toad braking system? (SMI, US Gear, Etc.)

Question:

Is Exterior Tank monitoring an upgrade to the Sea Leavel II or some other system? Or is it the normal idiot lights and pick ups from normal CC?

Suggest you add or clarify:

-CCC (Should be more then adequate, but point it out.
-Age of tires. If OEM. Then some comment about 'Price reflects age of tires.' Or something like that.
-If garage kept the full time you've had it, say so.

In general, a shame you are selling now. As in about 5-7 years, my wife and I will be done with our heavy RV touring travels, and believe we will go to a smaller RV then our 40' Allure! THis is a coach I would like to ahve available then:)!
I also want to add, that many people have had their coaches sell by using Craigslist...
Best of luck, and sorry if I missed any of these questions that you had covered...

Best,
Smitty

Stuart I don't understand why you wouldn't have interior photos. Also , do you have floor heat ? Very nice coach and obviously well maintained on the exterior. Instead of changing to a truck/trailer with toy storage , why wouldn't you just tow a suitable trailer behind this coach. I think you may regret the decision. Those toy hauler trailers are not, usually , very well built.

Just my opinion

Hi Ron - It is a nice coach, and he does have good pictures of the interior. Go to the top, and click on the links on the left side bar.

Sure looks well maintained!!!

I hadn't planned on including the two bar but will probably have to since I forgot to remove it.
We are plumbed for ROADMASTER's direct proportional air braking system, which I love, so no dash controller.
The monitor system displays percentages with a digital readout. I do not remember the brand.
Has been garaged all but the first two years of it's life and the 6 months preceding when I bought it (was in western Oregon).
Thanks for the feedback Smitty. I do appreciate it and will be working on some updates to the ad.

Hey Ron, I see I should probably increase the font on the reference to the sidebar links to pages 2-4. I wish I could have buttons on the bottom of the pages, but this is cheap (free) website software from Google and is very limited.
We looked at a fifthwheel toyhauler a couple of months ago and though it was pretty nice (not CC quality of course). We have the F250 diesel pu, we want to have the Polaris side-by-side with us, and we need a place to stay when we are out in the desert. I hate pulling the cargo trailer we tow now becasue if we need to run errands to town or whatever, unless we are in Arizona where you can ride UTV's on the streets, you have to use the coach for a dingy. The need to run around doesn't always occur, but there are times I wish I could just disconnet the truck and go.
