Followup to leaking exhaust manifold on my 8.3

Cummins Coach Care in Coburg, OR removed and replaced my exhaust manifold yesterday. The price was fair five hours labor and parts $1150.00. I soaked the bolts for four days with PBS BLASTER from NAPA, all the bolts came out without breaking. This was great tip from another guy that went through this project. Unfortunately the turbo was beginning to leak a little oil, so a new turbo going in today. That's another grand.
Can't say enough good about Cummins in Coberg, they are really trying to be customer oriented. They are at a new location on Roberts road. The have about 5 hookups, but no dump station like the old location. Great new customer lounge, I would highly recommend them.
I also got great service from Cummins in Salt Lake who replaced my fuel shutoff solenoid and only charged me .7 hrs labor. If anyone wants more information let me know.

Got our Manifold both pieces in Yuma a couple of years ago at Yuma Diesel a Cummins shop for a little under 700 dollars but Yuma has cheaper labor. Did the same thing with PB Blaster. I use to be a Cat Tech so in my day did many a Manifold Studs and turbos. Luck for me our turbo was good and laptop showed no codes. I now get more power and better fuel mileage at 1800 rpm flat road about 8.25 MPG up from 7MPG.on out C-8.3. Ken 99 Allure 30356.
