Keep from heating up

C/C drivers, I would like to have some advice on how is the best way traveling through stop & go traffic keeping the transmission & engine from heating up.

Vic: When you stop put the transmission in neutral until traffic moves again, then shift to drive. It is a pain but keeps the temps cooler. Something about the torque converter. Barrie Boas 94 Conceot 5111
