Allison MT3000 Temp Readings using Silverleaf

We have a 2000 Allure with MT3000 Tran using Allison TranSynd Oil.
Since installing the Siverleaf at the 2001 CC Class Reunion (at about 7,000 miles) our Trans Operating temp was almost always in the 190-198 range. Last week we had the TranSynd Oil (second change) and "gold series" filters replaced by an Allison Distributor. Since that time, after about 50 miles of driving our Silverleaf reads 210 to 216. This was on a trip 600 miles. I checked the fluid level several times and it reads OK on the gear pad readout. I called both Allison and CC tech service and they did not have an explaination, but said I am still within Operation Temp Range.

Two Questions for coach owners with MT3000 and Silverleaf.

1. Has anyone else experienced a 15 plus increase in operating temp after changing tran oil using the new "gold series filters"
2. What does your silverleaf show as normal operating temp for your Tran.

My 02 Allure is the same as yours prior to your fluid change. My Silverleaf always shows between 190 - 198 on the highway. It never has gone over 199 even out west at 100+ degrees. I changed it at 17,000 with Dextron lll and new filters.

My unit still has DexronIII, and I have the Cummins Road Relay monitoring system.( Does same thing as Silver Leaf for less money) My 3066 Allison runs 203 to max of 209 in very hot driving conditions.
