Wash "Stick" for Back of Front Shield and Front Cap?

Yahoo Message Number: 83950
It is a PITA to remove the front shield to wash the backside of it and the front cap of the coach. I saw a kind of a flexible wash "sword" at last year's Tampa show that looked like it could help wash between them but I didn't get back to the booth to buy it and can't recall the brand or vendor. Does anyone have a good tool for this purpose?

I use a car wash mit and a yard stick. The yard stick goes into the mit and the cuff is twisted around the stick and then masking tape used to keep it in place. I whittled indents into the sides of the yard stick to help keep things in place. Do this before you get the mit wet. I then dip the mit into a bucket of soapy water and shove it into the space from all edges and openings. Not a great solution but works for me.
Periodically I will slide the generator out when I wash the coach to check the generator oil and coolant level and then only use the mit on the generator panel.

Thanks Pete, I have tried a version of the mit on a stick, but your notches in the stick sound like a good idea. My generator is mounted in a side compartment so I can't get at the shield that way.

Forgot to include the coach info:

Here is what I use. It works well and won't scratch the paint. I bought mine at an auto parts store years ago and it still works.
I just checked their website and it appears that they will sell direct.

Interesting. Can't download the video right now. Does the arm bend or flex? Wonder what competitor they are talking about in their comparisons.
