FMCA Indio Rally Question

We will be attending our very first Rally at Indio, CA 9-13 Jan. We signed up for an "electric" site, but have second thoughts that we only need a "generator" site, which is less expensive. Since the electric site is only a 30 amp service and multiple RVs will be sharing this line, not sure we make the right decision. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Craig we have only signed up for power ONCE and would not do it again. We are all electric now , but even with the old coach and these temperatures, we only needed to run the generator for 6 hours and we had a residential fridge too. We found that you could not rely on the supplied power , but that may have not applied at other occasions, where they might have enough supply. Hope this helps
